Anika’s Actiflip SB Button Fixation System is designed for efficiency and ease of use, thereby optimizing patient outcomes. Actiflip SB is ideally suited for proximal biceps tenodesis and distal biceps repair in addition to foot and ankle procedures. The titanium Actiflip SB button is designed for unicortical and bicortical techniques. Actiflip SB is available in two configurations. The “Infinity Loop” option is designed to permit rapid and reproducible whip stitching of the biceps tendon. The innovative “Cinch Loop” option bypasses the whip stitching steps altogether, further facilitating the procedure while saving valuable OR time.
