GFS Mini, GFS II, GFS Ultimate and GFS Naked
Anika’s portfolio of graft fixation systems (GFS) is designed for efficiency and ease of use, thereby optimizing patient outcomes. The GFS family of devices are indicated for use in the fixation of ligaments and tendons in patients requiring ligament or tendon repair.
Our GFS products are suspensory fixation devices recommended for use in the fixation of ligament or tendon repairs. The GFS Mini features a small button size requiring a stepped tunnel technique. The GFS II and GFS Naked devices include a larger button that may eliminate the need for a stepped tunnel technique and are an excellent choice for revision surgeries. The GFS Ultimate combines the convenience of adjustability with the strength and stiffness of conventional fixed-length loop devices.

GFS Mini & GFS II
- High strength, non-absorbable loop made of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE)
- Button made of 6Al-4V ELI titanium alloy provides the strength and stiffness required for successful cortical fixation
- Fixed-length loop, offered 12mm – 60mm in length
- Pre-loaded with color-coded pulling suture and flipping suture, allowing for easy identification and manipulation
GFS Ultimate
- Adjustable loop can be tightened to the needed size (min:12mm to max:60mm), simplifying the surgical procedure and eliminating the need to stock multiple sizes
- High strength, non-absorbable loop made of UHMWPE
- Button made of 6Al-4V ELI titanium alloy provides the strength and stiffness required for successful cortical fixation
- Designed to be used with various surgical techniques and instrumentation, including:
- Both transtibial and anterior medial approaches
- Both outside-in instrumentation and reverse cutting tunnel instrumentation
- Stepped femoral tunnels or a single diameter femoral tunnel
GFS Naked
- Button made of 6Al-4V ELI titanium alloy
- Provides the strength and stiffness required for successful cortical fixation
